This blog is all about what to expect on the day of your bridal booking with me and how you can be best prepared so everything runs smoothly, stress free, and on time!

Perfect! That means we’ve already met, discussed your look and you're one step ahead.
If you haven’t had a trial — don’t panic!
Many of my brides haven’t booked a trial, and I’ve still worked my magic ✨
While trials are super helpful to lock in the exact vibe and look you're going for, it’s absolutely not essential. The key is good communication and bringing along inspiration photos, your outfit, or any key accessories.
Applies to all Wedding events, especially the Wedding morning:
- Set up a space for your outfit, shoes, jewellery, and accessories, not only does this help you stay organised, it’s a dream for your photographers too
- Makeup space: Leave a clean, clear table near good lighting for my makeup kit. Your hairstylist will also need some space to work.
- Getting ready outfit: Wear something loose with buttons or a zip (e.g. a bridal robe or shirt), so you can change without disturbing your makeup or hair.
- Steaming: Steam your outfits the night before. Live steaming near the face is not makeup-friendly, especially with fresh hair and glam!
Touch-Ups:
At the end of your appointment, I’ll provide a little touch-up kit with:
- Your lip colour (lipstick and/or gloss)
- Blotting powder for oil control
I use long-wear and waterproof products like Urban Decay All Nighter, One/Size - til Dawn and/or Powder Melt, Huda Beauty - Easy Bake, and/or Charlotte Tilbury - Airbrush Flawless Finish to make sure your makeup lasts through happy tears, dancing, hugs, and every candid moment!
